天然水镁石纳米纤维的分散

摘    要:以OT做分散剂,通过搅拌分散、球磨、超声波分散等方法分散制备出天然水镁石纳米纤维。并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对制备出的纳米纤维进行了表征。结果表明,制备出的水镁石纳米纤维单根直径在30nm左右,非单根形式存在的水镁石纤维堆积体的直径约50-150nm。天然水镁石矿物纤维经本文的分散方法处理,可获得具有实用价值的纳米材料。

Abstract:The natural brucite nano-fibers were obtained by mechanical stirring,ball milling and ultrasonic methods with OT as dispersant.The prepared nano-fibers were characterized by using SEM and TEM.The images of SEM and TEM indicated that the diameter of the single fiber is around 30nm and the diameter of the non-single fiber is from 50nm to 150nm.Compared with the methods for synthesizing nano-fibers,the method used for prepare natural nano-fibers mentioned in this article has priority in yield and cost.
