| 摘 要： | 根据南水北调中线一期工程建设过程中的科技攻关,本文重点介绍了长距离自流输水线路输水型式选择、施工测量控制、混凝土重力坝再加高和软基中承受内水压力的水工隧洞设计施工中的几个关键技术问题,系统阐述了上述关键技术问题的解决思路和作者的再思考。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the scientific and technological breakthroughs made during the construction of the phase I of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project，several key technical problems encountered during both the design and the construction of the project，i.e. the selection of the type of water conveyance for the line of long-distance water transfer with gravity flow，the control of construction survey，the further heightening of the concrete gravity dam and hydraulic tunnel under internal water pressure in soft soil foundation，etc.，are emphatically described herein，and then the solving considerations and the author’s rethinkings on the key technical problems are systematically expatiated as well. |
