Abstract:During the several pollutants of automotive emissions,nitrogen oxides(NOx)is more difficult to control.The use of exhaust gas recirculation technology(EGR)to reduce nitrogen oxides(NOx)emissions have been proved to be a more effective measure,which just causes small technical changes,and have more freedom in design.So this technology has been paid more and more attention.The function of EGR system is to take part of the exhaust gas out of exhaust system and then send it into the intake system,and doing the best control and regulation for the emissions to reduce NOx emissions.This paper uses Pro/E on the electric EGR valve modeling,to measure the actual motion simulation opening value and the relationship between motor rotation in order to establish calibration system.
