区域发展视角下的新城空间扩展研究——以保定北部新城空间拓展为例

目前,我国正处于城市化快速推进、城市空间急剧拓展的阶段,各级城市的新城建设都进入了一个蓬勃发展期。本文以区域发展背景为视角,以保定北部新城的发展为实例,旨在探讨个体城市应对区域发展背景,在新城扩展过程中的发展战略、产业选择、空间结构、功能组织、交通组织及生态环境保护方面所采取的应对策略,希望以此对新城的建设发展进行有一些帮助。

Study on the Space Expansion of New Town in the Perspective of Regional Development——Taking the Spatial Expansion of New Town in Northern Baoding City as an Example

At present, our country is in the rapid development of city, and rapid development stage of city space, all levels of city metro construction has entered a rapid development period. Based on the background of regional development perspective, taking the development of northern Baoding new town as an example, this paper aims to discuss the individual city deal with regional development, coping strategies adopted in new town extended development strategy, in the process of industry selection, spatial structure, function, traffic organization and ecological environment protection aspect, hopes there are som- e helps to the construction and development of the new town.
