| 摘 要： | 制备三列凹顶藻和松节藻醇提物,采用原子吸收光谱法测定了海藻醇提物中Na、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn8种无机元素含量。结果表明两种海藻醇提物含有人体必需的无机元素,其中宏量元素以Na含量最高,微量元素Fe含量最丰富。 |

| Abstract: | To extract the ethanolic compounds from Laurencia tristicha and Rhodomela confervoides.Contents of 8 kinds of inorganic elements Na、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn were determinated by atomic absorbed spectrophotometer. The results showed ethanolic extraction of the 2 kinds of seaweeds contained essential inorganic elements, including 4 kinds of macroelement and 4 kinds of microelement;The content of Na was the most in macroelement and Fe was the most in microelement. |
