BiOCl/ZnO异质结型复合光催化剂的水热合成及其光催化性能

摘    要:以醋酸锌、氯化钠、硝酸铋和氧氧化钠为原料,利用水热法合成了含BiOCl为1wt;、2wt;、4wt;、8wt;和16wt;的异质结型BiOCl/ZnO复合光催化剂.采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和光致发光(PL)谱等系列手段对所制备的光催化剂进行了表征.以紫外光(254 nm)为光源,酸性橙Ⅱ为光催化反应降解模型,进行光催化活性测试,考察了复合BiOCl对ZnO光催化剂反应活性和稳定性的影响.研究表明,异质结型BiOCl/ZnO复合光催化剂的光催化性能明显优于纯ZnO.当复合BiOCl的含量为4wt;时,光催化活性最佳,为纯ZnO的3.4倍,同时该催化剂在循环使用中具有更好的稳定性.

Abstract:A series of BiOCl/ZnO heterojunction photocatalysts with different BiOCl concentrations(wt%=1%,2%,4%,8%,16%) were prepared via hydrothermal synthesis method using Zn(CH3COO)2,NaCl,Bi(NO3)3 and NaOH as raw materials.The prepared pure ZnO and BiOCl/ZnO heterojunction photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier translation infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS),and Photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,respectively.The photocatalytic activity of the prepared catalysts was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of acid orange II under UV light(λ=254 nm) irradiation.Results showed that the photocatalytic activity and stability of the BiOCl/ZnO heterojunction photocatalysts is much better than that of pure ZnO.The optimal content of BiOCl is found 4wt%.The BiOCl(4%)/ZnO composite catalyst shows about 3.4 times in activity of the pure ZnO.Moreover,it shows good stability in the repeated reaction.
