复心汤治疗心衰的疗效观察

目的：探讨复心汤治疗心衰的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月至2013年12月，本院诊治的120例心衰患者，随机将其分为对照组（常规治疗）和观察组（对照组基础上，加用复心汤治疗），每组各60例，观察和比较两组心功能疗效、中医证候评分疗效、不良反应、治疗前后左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、E／A值。结果：与对照组相比，观察组心功能总有效率（91．7％vs78．3％）、中医证候评分总有效率（91．7％vs73．3％）均明显升高，不良反应发生率显著降低（5．0％vs16．7％），P〈0．05；与对照组相比，治疗后观察组LVEF（47．0％±1．0％VS44．4％±1．2％）、E／A值（1．3±0．4vs1．0±0．3）均明显提高，P〈0．05。结论：复心汤治疗心衰的疗效显著、安全性高，明显改善患者的心功能和预后质量，值得临床推广。

The efficacy observation of Fuxin Decoction in the treatment of heart failure

AIM： To study the clinical efficacy of Fuxin Decoction in the treatment of heart fail- ure. METHODS： The 120 patients with heart failure in our hospital during the period from Feb 2013 to Dec 2013 were randomized into the control group （routine theraphy） and the obser- vation group （based on the control group, addi tion to the Fuxin Decoction）, 60 patients per group. The efficacy of heart function and TCM syndrome scores, adverse reactions, and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and E/ A value on pre- and post-treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： Compared with control group, the heart function efficacy （91.7% vs 78.3%） and TCM syndrome scores efficacy （91.7% vs 73.3%）were signifi-cantly increased, the incidence of adverse reac- tions was obviously reduced （5.0% vs 16.7%）in the observation group, P〈0.05; compared with control group, the LVEF（47.0%：1.0 vs 4 4.4% 1.2）and E/A values （1.3%0.4 vs 1 .0±0.3） were significantly increased on the post-treat- ment in the observation group, P〈0.05. CON- CLUSION： The efficacy of Fuxin Decoction in the treatment of heart failure is significant with high safety, improve the patient＇s heart function and prognosis quality, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
