摘    要:随着现代工业的快速发展,企业在实际生产中使用的各种软件、硬件都在发生根本性的变革.电脑及相应的软件广泛应用于工厂的生产过程,数控机器也正在普及大大小小的工厂,然而,要做到真正的物尽其用,还有很多工作需要企业自己来完成.现根据本企业生产过程中遇到的问题及其解决方法,说明如何利用MATLAB模拟实现相贯线的空间形状和三视图的投影,然后利用AutoCAD的VBA绘制空间图形和三视图的投影,并展开相贯线封闭区域,再利用数控切割机解决锥体展开料上开孔问题.而且从实际生产应用中的反馈情况来看,达到预期效果,很好的验证了此方法的高效性、准确性.

Abstract:Along with the developing of contemporary industry,various software and hardware used in the enterprise have changed completely.The computer and relevant softwares have been applied extensively in the process of production,CNC is also popularized in both big and small corpora-tions,but to make the best use of everything,there are many works to do.Now,according to the problem of our corporation in the process of production and how to resolve it,explain how to use MATLAB to draw the intersecting line and three views,then make use of VBA of AutoCAD to draw the intersecting line and three views and spread the close area of the intersecting line then u-sing CNC resolves the opening hole problem.The feedbacks from the procedure of the production were very well,and proved that this method was high efficiency and accuracy.
