温州沿岸潮间带织纹螺的区域分布调查

摘    要:在温州沿岸潮间带布设9条断面开展春、夏、秋、冬4个航次织纹螺(Nassarius spp.)的分布调查,分析其种类组成和数量的分布特征.9条断面共鉴定出5种织纹螺,分别为半褶织纹螺(Nassarius semiplicatus)、红带织纹螺(Nassarius succinctus)、西格织纹螺(Nassarius siquinjorensis)、习见织纹螺(Nassarius dealbatus)和纵肋织纹螺(Nassarius variciferus).其中纵肋织纹螺的生物量所占比重最高,为32.90%;西格织纹螺栖息密度所占比重最高,为68.87%.从水平分布来看,布设在湖雾断面的织纹螺种类、生物量、栖息密度均高于其他断面;从垂直分布来看,中潮区的织纹螺种类最丰富,栖息密度和生物量也最高,分别为8.38g·m-2和78ind·m-2;从季节来看,秋季织纹螺种数明显高于春、夏、冬季;种类组成和数量分布除了与季节有关外,还与断面的生境密切相关.

Abstract:Nine sampling cross-sections are designed to investigate the distribution of Nassarius spp. in the intertidal zone of Wenzhou. The species composition and distribution are investigated based on annual full-season field-studies. Five kinds of Nassarius are identified, including Nassarius semiplicatus, Nassarius succinctus, Nassarius siquinjorensis, Nassarius dealbatus and Nassarius variciferus. N. variciferus is ranked top in terms of biomass, reaching 32.90%, while the inhabitation of N. dealbatus density takes lead, accounting for 68.87%. From the perspective of horizontal distribution, the abundance, biomass and inhabiting density for Nassarius dominate at the Huwu sampling cross-section of Yueqing bay in comparison at other cross-sections. Judging from the vertical distribution, the species in the middle intertidal zone are most abundant with the highest biomass and inhabiting density being 8.38 g·m-2 and 78 ind·m-2, respectively. In respect of seasonal changes, the species varieties in autumn are much more abundant than in other seasons. The species composition and distribution of Nassarius spp. are closely related to the habitat of the sampling cross-sections and seasons.
