微波等离子体原子发射光谱法测定直接法氧化锌中铜铅铁镉锰

摘    要:利用微波等离子体原子发射光谱仪建立了微波等离子体原子发射光谱法(MP-AES)测定直接法氧化锌中铜、铅、铁、镉、锰元素含量的分析方法。在低温加热下用硝酸和盐酸的混合酸溶解试样,选择Cd 228.802 nm、Cu 324.754 nm、Fe 259.940 nm 、Mn 403.076 nm和Pb 405.781 nm的光谱线作为分析线,在选定的称样量情况下基体锌对测定无干扰。对ZnO-1样品测定的相对标准偏差在0.91%~4.9%之间,加标回收率在90%~116%之间。实验方法的测定结果与国家标准方法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的测定结果一致,适用于直接法氧化锌中多杂质元素同时测定。

Abstract:A microwave plasma atomic emission spectrometry(MP-AES) for the determination of Cu, Pb, Fe, Cd, Mn in zinc oxide produced by direct process with microwave plasma atomic emission spectrometer was established. The sample was dissolved with a mixtare of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid by heating at low temperature. The spectral lines of Cd 228.802 nm, Cu 324.754 nm, Fe 259.940 nm, Mn 403.076 nm and Pb 405.781 nm were selected as analytical lines. The matrix of zinc did not interfere in the determination of those elements within selected amount of sample. The relative standard deviation for the determination of each element in the sample of ZnO-1 was between 0.91% and 4.9%, and the standard addition recovery was between 90% and 116%. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by national standard and ICP-AES methods. The established method was suitable for simultaneous determination of multi-element in zinc oxide produced by direct process.
