| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔结核的误诊原因、早期诊断及手术治疗。方法：回顾分析外科治疗的48例腹腔结核临床资料。结果：男女各24例,手术治疗34例：10例治愈,22例好转,2例死亡。14例保守治疗者,经1～2年抗涝治疗,症状消失。结论：腹腔结核因无特异性症状、体征,临床容易误诊。严格掌握手术指征,术后及非手术治疗者应坚持正规抗涝治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate a case of misdiagnosis,early diagnosis and operative intervention for abdominal tuberculosis(AT).Methods:The clinical material of AT in 48 cases treated by surgical department in the last ten years were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Both males and female patients were both 24 cases.34 patients underwent surgical treatment,with 10 were cured,22 improved and 2 died.14 patients underwent antituberculotic treatment for 1 to 2 years until the symptoms completely disappeared.Conclusions:A... |
