荷叶黄酮体外抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:以AB-8树脂分离纯化荷叶中的黄酮类化合物,分别采用DPPH法、硫氰酸铁(FTC)法及硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定和评价荷叶黄酮的抗氧化效果。实验结果表明:荷叶黄酮具有良好的清除DPPH自由基的能力,能有效抑制亚油酸的氧化。浓度为0.30mg/mL荷叶黄酮溶液的抗氧化性能可和0.01%的BHT相媲美。

Abstract:The flavonoids extracted from lotus leaves were isolated and purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin,and its antioxidative effects were measured and evaluated by using DPPH free radical scavenging,FTC and TBA methods respectively.The results show that the total flavonoids in lotus leaves have strong capacity for scavenging DPPH free radical,and car effectively inhibit linoleic oxidation.And when the additive concentration of the flavonoids extracted from lotus leaves reached 0.30mg/mL,its antioxidative effect was as good as that of 0.01% BHT.
