高温硫化硅橡胶电晕加速老化试验参数研究

摘    要:为得到合理的硅橡胶实验室电晕加速老化试验参数,文中通过构建气压湿度可调的硅橡胶电晕加速老化试验平台进行电晕老化试验,并对不同气压、湿度和老化时间的试样做扫描电镜分析(SEM)和沿面闪络试验。研究结果表明:气压100 kPa、相对湿度90%时的起晕电压最高,为了保证各工况下均能发生稳定的电晕放电且又不会改变放电形式,最终将外施电压确定为10kV。同时,为保证各种工况下老化到tend时均能发生严重的老化,选择放电功率最低的工况气压100 kPa、相对湿度90%,并根据SEM试验结果确定了代表材料老化从量变到质变的典型阶段,老化取样时刻为100 h(孔洞)、400 h(裂纹)和800 h(絮状覆盖,湿闪电压下降50%),老化结束时间为800 h。

Abstract:The corona aging test of silicone rubber corona accelerated aging test platform with adjustable air pressureand humidity is carried out in this paper for reasonable corona accelerated aging test parameters of silicone rubber inthe laboratory. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and surface flashover tests are carried out on samples withdifferent air pressure,humidity and aging time. The results show that the corona voltage is highest at pressure of 100 k Paand relative humidity of 90%. In order to ensure that corona discharge can occur in all operating conditions and dis-charge form is not changed,the applied voltage is determined to be 10kV. Meanwhile,the operating conditions(100 k Pa,90%)of the lowest discharge power is selected to ensure serious aging under various operating conditions. The repre-sentative stage of the aging from quantitative to qualitative is determined according to SEM test,and the sampling ag-ing times are 100 h(hole),400 h(crack)and 800 h(flocculation,flashover voltage drop 50%),and the aging end time is 800 h.
