油田集输节电方案的探讨与实践

摘    要:分析了辽河油田油气集输系统电能浪费的主要原因,提出了采用高压变频、内反馈串级调速等大功率输油泵的调速技术,并采用推广使用螺杆泵、提高离心油泵效率等措施,使油田油气集输系统两年内用电量下降24%,生产单耗减少22%,取得了节电降本增效的实践经验,并对集输行业几种有效的节电途径进行了探讨。

Abstract:The main reason of electric energy wasting of gathering and transportation system in Liaohe Oil Field is analyzed.Adjustable-speed technology using high-power transportation pump like high voltage frequency conversion,feedback cascade adjustable-speed is presented.Adopting screw pump and boosting efficiency of centrifugal pump make the gathering and transportation system of oil field reduce 24 % electric quantity and 22 % production expenditure so as to obtain practical experience of electric energy saving,cost reducing and efficiency increasing.Some discusses on efficient ways of electric energy saving in the line of gathering and transportation are developed.
