巨型挂蓝悬浇箱梁施工设计优化与应用

摘    要:清江隔河岩渡槽采用跨径为(49.9+100.0+49.9)m三孔一联预应力砼连续刚构箱梁作承重载体,其箱梁砼浇筑设计采用巨型超重量级挂蓝悬浇。结合工程实例,介绍了连续刚构箱梁利用挂蓝悬浇施工的总体方案设计及优化、挂蓝施工程序及应用研究等内容;实践表明该方案优化与应用均较成功,值得同类工程施工之借鉴与参考。

Abstract:Pre- stressed concrete box beam with continuous rigid frame structure is the load- carrier of Geheyan groove.The concrete of its bos beam is castsuspendedly by huge gear,based on the case,this paper briefly introduces the essentials,procedure and applicaion of the whole construction plan.The plan is optimized and applied successfully,itcould be referred to by other similar projects.
