摘    要:介绍了低温高韧性球墨铸铁的欧洲标准,分析了组织、化学成分和热处理对球墨铸铁冲击韧度的影响。根据分析结果,制定了合理的生产工艺;生产实践证明,各种铸件的性能均达到要求。

Abstract:The European standard of low temperature high toughness nodular iron was introduced. The influences of the microstructure,chemical composition and heat treatment on the impact toughness of nodular irons were analyzed,and based on the analysis results,a rational production process was established. The production practice proved that the properties of all kinds of castings reached requirements.
