飞机操纵面损伤的自适应容错控制设计

摘    要:针对飞控系统实时控制和高可靠性的要求,提出一种飞控系统多操纵面损伤的在线容错控制算法.首先建立包含各种常见故障的操纵面参数仿真模型和故障注入仿真机制,其次由于故障的随机性,设计多个并行的在线观测器,对应于每个观测器模型建立一个基于特征结构配置的控制器.最后根据多个观测器和相应的控制器可完成系统在线故障隔离与重构.应用某型飞机横侧向控制系统进行仿真,得到了预期的效果.此方法设计简单合理,适于工程应用.

Abstract:A new approach is proposed for online fault isolation and adaptive reconfiguration in the presence of aircraft multiple control effector failures.Firstly,the model of control effector failures and the mechanism of failure injection are built.Secondly,for restraining uncertainty and disturbance,a series of parallel online observers are set up for corresponding to each failure,and the eigenstructure assignment-based controllers are designed for corresponding to each model.According to the multiple observers and controllers,online fault isolation and reconfiguration are achieved in flight control system.The scheme is illustrated through simulations applying a lateral motion of an aircraft.The simulation result is satisfied.
