| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨较为安全有效易行的深静脉置管法，为临床深静脉置管途径的选择提供参考。方法：回顾分析832例深静脉穿刺置管术的首次穿刺成功率，导管相关性感染率，误入动脉率。结果：股静脉穿刺导管相关性感染率最高，颈内静脉穿刺置管误入动脉率最高，首次穿刺成功率三者无区别。结论：锁骨下静脉穿刺路径应作为临床深静脉穿刺的首选路径，予以推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss safer, easier and more effective technology ot deep venous cameter, ana to offer a reference for the selection of clinical deep venous catheter pathways. Methods： Review and analyze the first puncture success rate, catheter - related infection rate and mistakable inserting artery rate of 832 cases of deep venous catheterization. Results： The femoral venous puncture has the highest catheter - related infection rate, the internal jugular vein puncture has the highest mistakeable inserting artery rate, for the first time suc- cess rate, no difference is shown among the three. Conclusion： Subclavian vein puncture pathway should be pop- ularized as the preferred pathway in clinical deep venous catheter~ |
