| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆道手术中应用纤维胆道镜治疗胆管结石的方法和价值。方法回顾性分析我院自2003年1月至2009年12月应用纤维胆道镜在胆道探查手术术中、术后共检查、治疗肝内外胆管结石56例患者。结果 56例肝内外胆管结石患者术中、术后联合应用纤维胆道镜技术,术后残石率由33.93%(19/56)降为21.43%(12/56),应用胆道镜经T管窦道结石取净率为91.67%(11/12)。结论手术中应用纤维胆道镜检查治疗胆管结石直观、安全高效,结石取净率高,具有诊断治疗双重作用,值得推广应用。
