基于AMESim液压支架液压系统泄漏故障仿真研究

摘    要:针对当前无法快速、准确的诊断液压支架中液压系统泄漏故障的问题,以ZY3200/13/32型液压支架为例,对其液压系统进行建模,建立了主要液压回路的状态方程,利用AMESim软件对主要液压回路不同工况下的泄漏故障进行仿真研究,得到不同故障影响下的位移曲线。为液压系统的优化设计和故障诊断提供依据。

Abstract:Considering about the problem of leakage fault diagnosis of hydraulic support, we establish a simulation model according to the hydraulic system of ZY3200/13/32 hydraulic support. The state equation of the primary hydraulic circuit is established. The leakage faults under different working conditions are simulated based on AMESim software.The simulation results show the influence on the displacement curves.This paper provides the basis for optimum design and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.
