摘    要:分析了机架塑件的工艺特点,介绍了机架注射模整体结构,研究了模具在5个方向上的抽芯工作过程和抽芯机构特点,设计了3种不同抽芯方式,解决了五侧抽芯机构在开模时不发生干涉的动作顺序问题,实现了顺利抽芯。

Abstract:The technological characteristics of a plastic housing were studied and the general structure of an injection mould for the forming of the component was presented,with emphasizes on the core-pulling mechanism and process.Three different core-pulling methods were designed for the action of five core-pulling mechanisms in sequence.
