人白内障晶状体上皮细胞脱氢酶活性的测定与分析

摘    要:我们应用细胞化学方法首次定量测定84例不同类型白内障晶状体上皮细胞6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶,苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性.其结果表明老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶活性明显低于其它类型白内障,并且老年白内障未成熟期晶状体上皮细胞乳酸脱氢酶活性也明显低于其它类型白内障.这说明在老年性白内障晶状体中,糖代谢活性明显下降.而6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶活性下降还说明老年性白内障晶状体抗氧化功能下降,并间接证明晶状体的氧化损伤是老年性白内障形成的一个重要因素.

Abstract:The activities of the glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and latic dehydrogenase(LDH) in epithelium cells of human lenses with cataract are assayed by the quantitive histochemical method firstly. The activities of G6PD and MDH in senile cataracts and of LDH in unmature stage of senile cataract are lower than in other kinds of cataracts. The results show that the activity of glucose metabolism in senile cataract lenses declined and the declined activity of G6PD in senile cataracts demenstrates that the oxidation damage is a factor of forming of senile cataract. Therefore it provids the theoretical bases for early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of senile cataract.
