| Abstract: | The author describes the characters and the application scope of the total price contract model,the unit price contract model,the cost plus compensation contract model,analyzes how to control the engineering cost combined with the contract management,points out that strengthening the contract management has the important significance to reasonably determine and effectively control the engineering cost and to improve the investment benefit. |
