摘    要:采用城市生活垃圾焚烧底灰制备墙体材料,试验研究了焚烧底灰用量对混凝土试块抗折强度和抗压强度的影响,测试了焚烧底灰混凝土试块的导热系数,分析了该试块的热工性能。试验研究表明,随着焚烧底灰用量的增加,混凝土试块的抗折强度和抗压强度均先增大后减小,其强度最大值分别达到9.97 MPa和39.81 MPa,而导热系数则是逐渐减小的,最小仅为0.42 W/(m·K)。试验为城市生活垃圾焚烧底灰制备墙体材料打下了初步基础,也是焚烧底灰资源化利用的途径之一。

Abstract:Using bottom ashes from municipal solid waste incinerator for wall materials preparation, experiments were conducted on the impact of incineration bottom ash content on the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete sample, the thermal conductivity of the incineration bottom ash concrete sample was test, and the sample thermal performance was analyzed. Experimental studies show that, the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete sample increases at first, then decreases with the increase of incineration bottom ash content, and the strength maximum value reaches 9.97MPa and 39.81MPa respectively, the thermal conductivity decreases gradually, and its minimum is only 0.42W/m.K. it The experiment provides an elementary basis for incineration bottom ash for wall materials preparation, which is also one of the ways of incineration bottom ash resource utilization.
