当归补血汤中多糖含量的测定

摘    要:文章建立了当归补血汤中多糖含量的分析方法,并用单因素法考察了水提条件和醇沉工艺对当归补血汤中多糖含量测定的影响。实验表明:水提条件为加液量的8倍,提取时间为2 h,提取次数为2次;醇沉浓度为80%,水提液密度为1.2 g/mL,醇沉次数为2次,当归补血汤中多糖的含量37.89 mg/g。

Abstract:The paper established the analysis method of the polysaccharide content in chinese angelica blood tonic soup,and investigated the impact of water extraction conditions and alcohol precipition process on the polysaccharide content by using single-factor.The result showed that water extraction condition was as 8 times as the amount of added liquid,extraction time was 2 hours,the frequency of extraction was 2 times;alcohol precipitation concentration was up to 80 %,the density of extraction was 1.2 g/mL,the fr...
