过敏性肺炎的临床及影像特征分析

目的 总结过敏性肺炎（HP）的临床及影像特征,以提高HP患者的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析2008年2月-2013年5月我院诊治的9例HP患者的临床及影像学资料。结果 HP常见的临床表现有咳嗽、胸闷、气短。影像学表现以双肺磨玻璃影及结节影多见,磨玻璃影9例,小结节样改变6例。病变主要沿气道、小叶中心和细支气管周围分布。结论HP诊断困难,有复杂的临床及影像特征,易与其他弥漫性肺间质疾病相混淆,综合分析有助于诊断。

Clinical characteristics and imaging characteristics of hypersensitivity pneumonitis

Objective To enhance the understanding of clinical characteristics and imaging characteristics of hypersensitivity pneumonitis and improve the diagnosis and treatment standard of the disease. Methods Clinical and radiologic data of 9 HP cases were retrospectively analysed during the period from Feb 2008 to May 2013. Results The common clinical mani- festations of HP were chronic cough, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest. Chest CT scan revealed patchy or diffuse bilateral ground-glass opacities, diffuse nodules. High-resolution computed tomography of lungs showed diffuse ground glass and nodules along the bronchial,eentrilobular and around bronchioles distributions. Conclusion The diagnosis of HP is ditticult because of its diverse clinical and radiological features. HP may be easily confused with other interstitial lung diseases, aggregate analysis conduces to make a diagnosis.
