地佐辛联合帕瑞昔布钠对开胸手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的影响

目的 探讨临床常用剂量的地佐辛和帕瑞昔布钠对开胸手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的影响.方法 择期开胸手术患者160例,ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,随机分为四组,每组40例,手术结束前30min分别静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40 mg(P组)、地佐辛10 mg(D组)、帕瑞昔布钠40 mg+地佐辛10 mg(PD组)及等容量生理盐水(C组).观察患者在PACU的RSS躁动评分、Ramsay镇静评分和药物的不良反应.结果 P、D、PD三组的躁动评分和发生率明显低于C组(P＜0.01),而PD组又明显低于P组和D组(P＜0.05)；四组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义.结论 地佐辛联合帕瑞昔布钠可有效预防或减少开胸手术患者全麻苏醒期的躁动,不良反应少、安全性高.

The effects of dezocine combined with parecoxib sodium on preventing or reducing the incidence of agitation in adult patients during recovery period after thoracic surgery

Objective To investigate the efficacy of dezocine and parecoxib sodium preventing or reducing the incidence of agitation in adult patients during recovery period after thoracic surgery.Methods One hundred and sixty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups with 40 cases each: parecoxib sodium 40 mg (group P); dezocine 10 mg (group D); parecoxib sodium 40 mg plus dezocine 10 mg (group PD); control group(group C).The patients were administered intravenously different group drugs 30 min before the end of surgery. The RSS agitation scale,Rammsay sedation scale, and adverse events were assessed.Results The scale and incidence of agitation were significantly higher in group C than other groups (P<0.05), but group P and D higher than that of group PD (P<0.05). For the adverse events, there were no significant differences in four groups.Conclusion Dezocine combined with parecoxib sodium can prevent or reduce the incidence of agitation effectively and safely during recovery period after thoracic surgery.
