阿可拉定的有关物质研究

摘    要:目的 分离纯化阿可拉定(淫羊藿苷,IC-162)的主要有关物质,进行结构确证。方法 利用反相硅胶和凝胶柱色谱分离阿可拉定中的2个主要杂质,经化合物谱图数据(LC-DAD、LC-MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。结果 阿可拉定中2个主要杂质分别为8-异戊烯基山柰酚和朝藿素B。结论 阿可拉定有关物质的定量和定性研究可以为制定合理的杂质限度提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To purify and identify the main related substances of icraiin (IC-162). Methods Two main impurities were isolated from IC-162 with reverse phase silica gel and Sephedax LH-20. The structural characteristics of impurities were determined by spectral methods, such as LC-DAD, LC-MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR. Results The structures of two impurities were identified as 8-isopentenyl kaempferol and epimedokoreanin B. Conclusion With the quantitative and qualitative studies, the related impurities will be controlled in the reasonable limit.
