银杏叶提取物对羟自由基所致DNA损伤保护作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo-bilobaExtract,EGb)对羟自由基(·OH)所致DNA氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:采用生物化学发光技术,应用硫酸铜-邻菲罗啉-抗坏血酸-过氧化氢(CuSO4-phen-VitC-H2O2)化学发光体系中测定EGb清除·OH的数据,并通过发光抑制率分析EGb对DNA氧化损伤的保护作用。结果:EGb能显著降低发光体系的发光,而且EGb浓度愈大,发光抑制率愈大。结论:EGb具有较强的抗氧化作用,能保护DNA免受·OH的氧化损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To study protective effect of EGb on DNA damage caused by hydroxyl radical. Methods: The hydroxyl radical were deleted by CuSO4-phen-VitC-H2O2 biochemiluminescence systems. And then analyzed the protective effect of EGb on DNA peroxidation damage by biochemiluminescence inhibit rate. Results: The ultra-weak chemiluminescence during DNA peroxidation induced by CuSO4-phen-VitC-H2O2-DNA were all inhibited by EGb. Conclusion: EGb possessed potent antioxidative activity and reduced peroxidation of DNA damaged by hydroxyl radicals.
