摘    要:采用不同混合酸消解水系沉积物和土壤标准参考物,用ICP-MS测定4种金属元素(Cd、Be、Mo、W)的含量。依据分析结果,比较混合酸组成和用量对样品的消解效果。结果表明,由3mL HNO3+8mL HF+0.5mL H2SO4组成的混合酸对水系沉积物和土壤具有很好的消解能力,各元素的测定值与推荐值相符。

Abstract:An analytical method based on sample digestion using a mixture of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid and ICP-MS detection has been developed for the determination of trace metals in stream sediment and soil.The operational conditions of the method have been optimized by recovery studies and analytical precision using Certified Reference Material(stream sediment standard; trace metals include Cd,Be,Mo and W).The mixture of 3mL HNO_3,8mL HF and 0.5mL H_2SO_4 was found to give the best digestion results towards stream sediment and soil type of samples.Using the solvent system,the sample completely and satisfactory recoveries were observed for all metals.
