电磁振荡Al-Cu合金凝固组织分析

摘    要:利用直流磁场和交流电场产生的电磁振荡,凝固Al—Cu亚共晶合金。结果表明,Al—Cu合金在电磁振荡凝固条件下,电流密度和磁场强度有最佳值。在一定范围内随电流密度和磁场强度的增加,宏观组织得到细化,超过一定电流密度和磁场强度范围,合金组织有粗化的趋势。随着电流密度或磁场强度的增加,树枝晶破碎,凝固组织结构趋于球形化。

Abstract:The effect of electromagnetic vibration on the hypereutectic Al Cu alloy melt is studied The results show that there are the optimum values for the strengths of stationary electromagnetic field and alternating electric field The microstructure of the alloy is fine with the increase of the strengths of stationary electromagnetic field and alternating electric field in certain extent, but it is coarse in high strength range The dendrites are broken and the solidified structure of the alloy tends to be sphere shape as the intensification of the stationary electromagnetic field and alternating electric field
