960 MPa高强度钢材轴心受压构件局部稳定试验研究

摘    要:针对960 MPa高强度钢材轴心受压构件的局部稳定性能,对4个箱形截面试件和4个工字形截面试件进行了轴心受压试验。分析了试件的局部稳定性能,并将试验结果与我国、美国和欧洲钢结构设计规范的相应设计计算结果进行了对比分析,研究各国规范对960 MPa高强度钢材轴心受压构件局部稳定性能设计计算的适用性。研究结果表明:当构件的板件宽厚比相同时,960 MPa高强度钢材构件的局部屈曲后强度要大于460 MPa高强度钢材构件,960 MPa高强度钢材构件应考虑钢材的屈曲后强度;我国现行钢结构设计规范中关于轴心受压构件局部屈曲应力的计算结果不适用于960 MPa高强度钢材构件;在试验钢材板件宽厚比范围内,960 MPa高强度钢材构件的局部屈曲承载力,采用美国规范和欧洲规范的设计计算结果较为准确。

Experimental study on local buckling of 960 MPa high strengthsteel columns under axial compression

Abstract:Aiming at the local buckling behavior of 960 MPa high strength steel columns, four axial compression tests of box section columns and four axial compression tests of I-section columns were conducted. Based on the test results, the local buckling behaviors of specimens were studied. Besides, test results were compared with the corresponding design methods in Chinese, American and European steel structures design codes, to confirm whether the design methods can be used to calculate buckling stress and ultimate stress of 960 MPa high strength steel stub columns. The research work shows that when width-thickness ratios of component plates are equal, the post-buckling strengths of 960 MPa columns are more than 460 MPa columns. The buckling stress of 960MPa high strength steel columns achieved by the design method in the Chinese code is unreasonable. The ultimate stresses achieved by the design methods in the American code and the European code agree well with the test results.
