凋亡调控因子Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌中凋亡凋控因子Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测40例宫颈鳞状细胞癌及10例正常宫颈组织中Survivin和Caspase-3的表达水平.结果Survivin蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌 中表达水平高于正常宫颈组织(P＜0.05).Caspase-3表达水平低于正常宫颈组织(P＜0.05).Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白的表达水平在不同分化程度的宫颈癌之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展与Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白的异常表达有关,可能是细胞异常增殖和凋亡失衡的结果.

Expression and significance of regulators and effector of Survivin and Caspase-3 in cervical squamous cell carcinomas

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of regulators and effector of Survivin and Caspase-3 in cervical squamous cell carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of regulators and effector of Survivin and Caspase-3 in 40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas,and 10 normal cervical tissues.Results The expression level of Survivin was higher in cervical carcinomas than in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05),and the level of Caspase-3 was lower in cervical carcinomas than in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).There was a statistic difference in Survivin and Caspase-3 expression levels in different differentiated cervical carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 may be a positive factor in the pathogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinomas.The results suggest that cervical squamous cell carcinomas may result from abnormal preliferation and unbalanced apoptosis.
