驱动桥时变不确定性设计

摘    要:针对驱动桥在使用过程中会受到随时间变化的不确定性因素的影响,建立了基于随机微分方程的驱动桥时变设计数学模型,并结合多元随机变量的分布参数,提出了考虑不确定性因素的驱动桥零件时变设计方法,并以半轴的时变设计作为算例进行了说明.该方法考虑驱动桥零件强度和应力的动态演化,使驱动桥产品的可靠性得到动态安全评价.算例设计体现了时间尺度对设计的影响,并在满足性能要求的前提下有效地减少了零部件的尺寸.

Abstract:As uncertainties of inherent factors (such as loads, environment and material properties) always exist during driving axle's lifetime, a time-dependent model incorporating such uncertainties was established based on stochastic differential equation theory. Combined with the distribution parameters of multiple random variables, the time-dependent design method of driving axle parts under uncertainties in stress and strength was presented and it was illustrated by taking the shaft's time-dependent design as an example. It is indicated that this method, with good prospects, can make dynamic security evaluation of reliability for driving axle products. The shaft's time-dependent design reveals the impact of time scale on the design. Under the premise of meeting the performance requirements, it could effectively reduce the size of parts.
