珠海市手足口病流行病学分析

目的探讨珠海市手足口病的流行病学特点。方法利用荧光PCR检测手足口病临床诊断标本和健康人群标本柯萨奇病毒A组16型（coxsackievims A16，CoxA16）、肠道埃可病毒71型（enterovims 71，EV71）以及非EV71和CoxA16其他肠道病毒阳性率。采用描述性流行病学研究方法进行流行病学特征分析。结果319份临床样本EV71、CoxA16以及非EV71和CoxA16其他肠道病毒阳性率分别为26．02％，6．90％和30．09％；180份健康人群样本Ev71和CoxA16均阴性，非EV71和CoxA16其他肠道病毒阳性率2．78％。在105份手足口病实验室诊断病例中，男性68例，女性37例。1～5岁感染病例数最多，占实验室诊断病例的86．67％。病例主要集中在3～7月，占诊断总数的85．71％，高峰在6月。病例以散居婴幼儿为主。结论珠海市手足口病临床诊断病例中EV71、CoxA16以及非EV71和CoxA16其他肠道病毒阳性率显著高于健康人群。实验室诊断病例以1～5岁托幼儿童为主，男性多于女性，病例发生有明显的季节性。

Analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease in Zhuhai City

Aim To analyze characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Zhuhai. Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect coxsackievirus A16（CoxA16）,enterovirus 71 （EV71） and non-EV71 and CoxA16 other enterovirus in 319 clinical diagnosis of HFMD specimens and 180 samples were collected rromhealthy people between Oct 1st, 2008 and Sep 30th,2009 in Zhuhai. Results Positive rates of EV71, CoxA16 and other non-EV71 and non- CoxA16 enterovirus in 319 clinical samples were 26.02%,6.90% and 30.09%,respectively,while both CoxA16 and EV71 in 180 samples of heahhy people were not detected, and the positive rate of other non-EV71 and non-CoxA 16 enterovirus was 2.78%. Most cases were 1-5 years old,accounted for 86.67%. The cases mainly concentrated in the March to July,accounted for 85.71%,and the peak was in June. Conclusion Positive rates of CoxA16,EV71 and other non-EV71 and non-CoxA16 enterovims in clinical samples were significantly higher than that in samples of healthy people. Most infections occurred to children in the age group of 1-5 years. Males were more than females. The eases showed a clear seasonal.
