摘    要:为满足高炉对镁质熔剂球团矿的质量要求,SG带式焙烧机进行轻烧镁粉、轻烧白云石及二者混合(按一定配比)添加的3种镁质熔剂添加方案工业试验。试验结果表明,添加轻烧白云石可以提高生球强度。采用轻烧镁粉和轻烧白云石按1∶3的添加方案,当该方案球团矿MgO质量分数为1.58%时,平均抗压强度为2 245 N/个,还原度为75.36%,还原膨胀率为14.37%及低温还原粉化率(RDI+3.15)为96.79%,其综合冶金性能优于其他方案球团矿,并符合高炉对镁质熔剂球团矿的抗压强度和冶金性能要求。

Abstract:To meet the quality requirements of blast furnace for magnesia flux pellets, SG belt roaster was used to carry out industrial tests for three kinds of magnesia flux adding schemes of light burned magnesia powder, light burned dolomite and their mixture (according to a certain proportion). The results showed that adding light burnt dolomite improved the green ball strength. The scheme that ratio of light burned magnesia powder to light burned dolomite was 1∶3 was used. When the MgO mass fraction of pellets was 1.58%, the average compressive strength was 2 245 N per piece, the reduction degree was 75.36%, the reduction expansion rate was 14.37% and the low temperature reduction pulverization rate (RDI+3.15) was 96.79%. The comprehensive metallurgical property of pellets was better than that of other schemes, and conformed to compressive strength and metallurgical properties of magnesium flux pellets requirement.
