中天钢铁烧结富氧点火研究与应用

摘    要:对于未配置焦化厂的大多钢铁企业而言,其烧结机所用的点火煤气绝大多数为高炉煤气、转炉煤气或二者的混合气体。采用这些低热值煤气点火的烧结,表层烧结矿质量较采用焦炉煤气而言为差。针对此,项目组研发了富氧点火工艺,在中天180 m2烧结机上成功实施。实施后,富氧点火在降低煤气消耗的同时提高了炉膛温度,在富氧300 m3/h条件下,炉膛温度升高15~36 ℃,煤气流量降低250~600 m3/h;同时富氧改善了表层烧结固体燃料燃烧效果,最终降低固体燃耗1.25 kg/t,表层烧结矿强度提升2.27%,内返矿配比降低1%。

Abstract:For most iron and steel enterprises without coking plant, the ignition gas used in sintering machine is mostly blast furnace gas, converter gas or the mixture of the two. The quality of surface sinter with these low calorific value gas is worse than that with coke oven gas. In view of this, the project team developed oxygen enriched ignition process, which was successfully implemented in 180 m2 sintering machine of ZENITH. After the implementation of oxygen enriched ignition, the furnace temperature was increased while the gas consumption was reduced. Under the condition of oxygen enriched 300 m3/h, the furnace temperature was increased by 15-36 ℃, and the gas flow was reduced by 250-600 m3/h. At the same time, the solid fuel combustion effect of surface sintering was improved, the solid fuel consumption was reduced by 1.25 kg/t, the strength of surface sintering was increased by 2.27%, and the internal return ratio was reduced by 1%.
