中西医结合治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征19例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的临床疗效.方法:将经多导睡眠图(PSG)确诊的39例OSAS患者随机分为治疗组19例和时照组20例;两组均行ESS嗜睡量表(ESS)评分后,时照组轻度患者采取一般治疗30天,中、重度患者予以经鼻持续气道压力支持(n-CPAP)治疗10天后给予一般治疗20天;治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上再服用化痰止鼾汤30天.结果:治疗组所有患者治疗后呼吸紊乱指数( AHI)明显下降(P＜0.05),夜问最低Sa02( Sp02 LOW)值明显上升(P＜0.05),中、重度患者ESS评分明显下降(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗OSAS能明显改善病情严重程度及临床症状.

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome:a report of 19 cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods: Thirty-nine OSAS cases confirmed by polysomnogram were randomly divided into treatment group(n=19) and control group(n = 20).Both groups were evaluated using an Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS).In the control group,the mild patients received 30-d general treatment,and the moderate and severe patients received 20-d general treatment following 10-d supportive therapy with nasal continuous positive airway pressure.The treatment group received 30-d treatment with phlegm-eliminating and snore-stopping decoction in addition to the therapy for the control group.Results: All the patients in the treatment group showed significantly decreased apnea-hypopnea index(P<0.05) and significantly increased nocturnal minimum SaO2(SpO2 Low)(P<0.05),and the moderate and severe patients showed significantly deceased ESS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can significantly lessen the severity and improve the symptoms of OSAS.
