| 摘 要： | 以中央电视台新址主楼建设中的桩基施工为例，介绍了大直径基础桩施工工艺，其中成孔采用旋挖钻机，具体提出了钢筋笼加工、泥浆护壁成孔、清孔、钢筋笼整体起吊一次下放、安装导管、水下混凝土灌注等施工质量控制要点，并就水下混凝土灌注特殊过程质量控制进行了重点论述。此外，结合工程地质构造情况对所确定的施工方法进行及时调整，对保证成孔、成桩质量也是很重要的。

| Abstract: | Based on the pile foundation construction of CCTV new main building construction project,introduced construction technology of big-diameter pile foundation,its pore-forming using helical digger.More details about construction quality control are also given,the quality control of underwater concreting procedures is emphasized.After determining the construction method and technique,it is important to timely adjust the construction method according to engineering geological situation,which is good to the pore-forming and pile-forming quality.In addition,it is essential to strengthen supervision and inspection of construction process. |
