摘    要:针对土城矿选煤厂由于长期生产以来采用的介质分选密度低造成的一系列问题,通过提高主洗旋流器和煤泥重介旋流器的分选密度提高了精煤产率和浮选尾煤的灰分,在系统中提前回收部分煤泥。通过干燥系统的改造,使煤泥系统全部回收。

Abstract:Series problems caused by using low separation density medium during long-term production in Tucheng Coal Washery was analyzed.Based on improving the separation density of main wash hydrocyclone and slime dense medium hydrocyclone,the clean coal yield and the ash of flotation tailings was increased,and the slime recovery in system was advanced.All slime could be recovered in system by transforming the dying system.
