| 摘 要： | 介绍了美国联邦系列标准、欧盟GMP及ISO国际标准对洁净室占用状态的定义,指出了其中的差异.分析了ISO 14644-1-1999中对洁净室占用状态的定义在实际执行中可能遇到的问题,并进一步提出了相应的解决方案.
