沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效和安全性.方法 将80例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,两组患儿均采用综合性治疗,包括抗病毒、吸氧、止咳、镇静等,对照组用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,观察组在对照组治疗方法基础上,加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察比较二者的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率97 50%,高于对照组的80%;观察组患儿临床症状、体征消失时间及住院天数均显著短于对照组(P均<0 05);两组患儿均未见明显不良反应.结论 沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎可尽快缓解喘憋症状,缩短病程和住院时间.

Clinical observation on the efficacy and safe of erosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate in treating the bronchiolitis in children

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safe of treating the bronchiolitis with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate on children. Methods 80 cases children with bronchiolitis were divided randomly into the intervention group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） ;Two groups of children were treated with antiviral agents, oxygen inhaled, sputum drawn and so on; the children in control group were treated with salbutamol sulphate, the children in intervention group were ＇treated with budesonide and salbutamol sulphate ; clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effectiveness rate was 97.50% in intervention group and 80% in control group; The disappearance time of symptoms, physical sign and hospitalizing time in intervention group were obviously shorter than those of the control group ; there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. The children had no side effects. Conclusion The treating the bronchiolitis with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate on children is helpful in relieving and controlling, and hence is worthy of being recoromended in clinical practice.
