| 摘 要： | 本文从中医辨证和西医辨病角度,探讨湿瘟型流行性出血热(EHF)中三焦闭阻证与急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)之相互关系。认为 ARDS 的发生是在湿毒内闭,气机不畅,三焦阻滞的病理基础上,由于输液不当,肺气膹郁;二便不通,肺失宣降;水血互患,壅肺阻络所致。提出疏利三焦,条达气机,宣肺利湿是其治疗大法。

| Abstract: | The article is discussed symptom of obstructed “San Jiao” andAcute Respiratory Distress Syndrome(ARDS)in damp fever a EpidemicityHemorrhagic Fever(EHE)from “Bian Zhen” and “Bian Bin”.ARDS wasconsidered as a result of wrong liquid transfusion and disturbances of pul-monary “qi”;anuresis and constipation and the lungs loses its clearingaction;disturbance of the regulation water and bleod and its obstructs thelungs on the basis of the blockage of damp “toxins”,the mechanism of “qi”loses its regulating action,retention of pathogens in “San Jiao”.It wasadvanced that clering the “San Jiao”,regulating the mech anism of “qi”,clearing the lungs and excreting damp was ARDS the general rules oftreatment.It was illustrated by some cases. |
