试论升降理论在调理脾胃中的应用

气机升降平衡理论是祖国医学理论体系中的重要组成部分。本文就如何应用升降理论,调理脾胃的这一问题进行了论述,总结出调理脾胃升降的四种治疗大法。针对寒热错杂、中气阻滞成痞之脾胃升降不及,则宜辛开苦降,使脾升胃降。脾胃虚寒、升降无权之脾胃升降失调,则宜升清降浊,以调脾胃升降。中气虚下陷之脾升不及、升之反作,则益气升阳举陷。中气虚、胃气上逆之降之反作,则降逆和胃,以降胃气。
