| 摘 要： | 本实验采用异丙肾上腺素１０ｍｇ。ｋｇ（－１）腹腔注射法制备大鼠心肌损伤模型，观察了左旋四氢巴马汀（ｌ－ＴＨＰ）对该模型心肌中丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）含量的影响．以研究ｌ－ＴＨＰ对损伤心肌的作用。结果表明，ｌ－ＴＨＰ能抑制异丙肾上腺素所致的ＭＤＡ和ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ的改变，降低ＭＤＡ的含量，增加ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ的含量，尤以对ＭＤＡ的作用明显，呈现剂量依赖性。８０ｍｇ，ｋｇ（－１）的ｌ－ＴＨＰ可完全消除异丙肾上腺素增加ＭＤＡ的作用；对ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ的作用表现为较低剂量（２０，４０ｍｇ，ｋｇ（－１）的作用较强，明显升高ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ。证明ｌ－ＴＨＰ对异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠心肌损伤有保护作用，对ＭＤＡ和ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ的作用可能是其保护作用机制之一。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effect of l-Tetrahydropalmatine(l-THP)on myocardium injured by isoproterenol(ISO) of 10 mg.kg(-1) was studied. The result showed that l-THP eliminated the effect of ISO increasing the concentration of malodialdehyde(MDA) and decreasing the concentration of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in a dose-dependent manner. l-THP(80mg. kg(-1)) showed the strongest action, which entirely eliminated the influence of ISO to MDA,compared it with control P<0. 05. It was found that the action of l-THP on GSH-Px decreased with its dosage increased. Therefore, we concluded that l-THP possessed the protective action to myocardium injured by ISO. |
