动力计算在高速柴油机配气机构优化设计中的作用

摘    要:以WD618.44柴油机原配气机构的动力学计算为例,通过分析计算结果,找出了原机存在的设计缺陷,并提出了切实可行的改进措施,实施后成功地解决了原配气机构存在的问题,证明动力学计算在高速柴油机配气机构优化设计中有举足轻重的作用.

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic calculation in the valve train of WD618.44 diesel engine was used for example. By analyzing the calculation results, many design defects existed in the valve train were found, and many improving measures were put forward. After putting it into use, the problems existed in the engine were solved successfully, which proved that dynamic calculation has played an important role in the optimization design in high-speed diesel engine valve train.
