钛酸酯催化合成马来酸二异辛酯

摘    要:采用马来酸酐和异辛醇为原料,以钛酸四乙酯为催化剂合成了马来酸二异辛酯,并通过红外光谱、元素分析对其结构进行了表征。最佳合成的工艺条件为:n(马来酸酐):n(异辛醇)=1:3.0,回流温度,反应时间0.5 h,ω(催化剂)=0.5%,ω(甲苯)=15%。在此条件下,酯转化率不小于99%。

Abstract:Diisooctyl maleate was synthesized by titanium tetraethoxide as catalyst.Structures of the product was characterized by IR and element analysis.The optimal conditions were found as follows: n(maleic anhydride):n(iso-octanol)=1:3.0,reaction time 0.5 h at refluxing temperature,0.5% catalyst based maleic anhydride,15% toluene based on maleic anhydride and iso-octanol.Under these conditions,the extent of esterification reached at least 99%.The results showed that titanate is a good catalyst having high reactivity under mild conditions.
