柱状气液分离器长径比优选及实验研究

摘    要:应用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,针对柱状气液旋流分离器(GLCC)进行了气相体积分数和压力损失的分析,得到了GLCC的气相分布特性和压力降分布特性,揭示了分离器的长度和主直径对其分离性能的影响。此外,通过室内实验明确了不同操作参数对分离效果的影响,通过改变长径比的实验研究表明:长径比过大或过小都不利于分离效率的提高,得出了当长径比为10、直径为480mm时,其分离效率最高。

Abstract:The vapor phase concentration and the pressure loss of gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone(GLCC) was studied and simulated with FLUENT to have GLCC's vapor distribution and pressure loss characteristics obtained and the influence of length and main diameter on separation efficiency revealed.The indoor experiment determines the influence of different operating parameters and shows that too big or small length-diameter ratio doesn't benefit separation efficiency improvement,and at L/D=10 and D=480mm,the GLCC's separation efficiency becomes highest.
