导热油供热系统在超稠油生产中的应用

通过对辽河油田超稠油物性的研究，明确了其加热输送的可行性。对多种加热介质的对比研究表明，导热油供热具有热焓较高，耐热性能好，工艺流程简单，生产便利的特点，适用于加热超稠油等高温介质。对导热油供热系统主要设施及其作用机理进行了研究，对其应用效果进行了讨论。

Heat supply system with oil as heat conductor in super heavy oil production

Study of the super heavy oil property in Liaohe Oilfield indicates that heated transportation is a feasible way. Correlation study of various heating media shows that, heat supply with oil as heat conductor will have high enthalpy, thermal stability, and simple process flow. It is suitable for heating super heavy oil. The main facilities and working mechanism of the system are studied, and its application result is discussed.
