综放巷内充填沿空留巷工业试验

摘    要:针对常村煤矿S2-6综放工作面采用传统技术沿空留巷的难点,进行了巷内充填沿空留巷工业试验.试验分三步进行:第一步,对原巷采用锚梁网索联合支护实施加固,撤掉梯形架棚;第二步,在已加固巷道下一工作面侧煤壁,实施扩帮锚网支护;第三步,在原巷位置实施巷内充填,并加固充填体.结合高水速凝充填材料的性能,通过建立合理的综放沿空留巷的围岩结构力学模型和充填工艺设计,井下工业试验达到了预期效果,留巷断面稳定后超过10m^2.证明了在巷内基本支护为梯形金属支架的巷道中进行综放沿空留巷的可行性,并作了经济效益评价.在此基础上提出了综放巷内充填沿空留巷新技术.

Abstract:To solve the problems of traditional techniques for gob-side entry retaining in S2-6 fully mechanized coalface with top-coal caving (GEFCTC). the industrial test of road-in packing was carried out on its original position. Three steps should be taken:Firstly, the former entry should be reinforced by combined support of bolt, bar, wire mesh and cable (CSBBWC), and the primary ladder-shaped steel support should be removed; Secondly, in the reinforced entry, the coal wall of the next coalface should also be enlarged and supported by CSBBWC;Finally, in the place of the former entry, the road-in packing should be carried out and the packing body reinforced. Taking the characteristics of the packing material into consideration and through the constructing of reasonable mechanical model of the surrounding rock for GEFCTC and the packing techniques, the expected results were attained in the industrial test: the final section of GEFCTC was more than 10 square meters. It is proved that the GEFCTC is feasible in the entry supported by the ladder shaped steel. Moreover, the economic benefit evaluation was involved. Based on this, the new technique of GEFCTC with road-in packing is put forward.
